Love how SAP has repeated been clear that #SuccessFactors will NEVER be 100% replacement for #SAP HCM (nor should it) #HR2015

"Customization is a swear word but extensibility is not" per @MikeEttling #HR2015 ->Key is what is the critical biz requirement

Todo cabe en un Powerpoint…

El indescifrable mundo de las licencias SAP…
If SAP wants to talk business case, they really need to promote a compelling licensing program to nudge them.

Y si somos los mejores, bueno y qué…
"There is NO solution on the market that has the global functionality that #SuccessFactors Employee Central does" per @MikeEttling #HR2015
— Jarret Pazahanick (@SAP_Jarret) March 3, 2015
Anyone running #SAP HCM in 2025 (which will be 39 years old) will NOT be competitive in many areas #HR2015
— Jarret Pazahanick (@SAP_Jarret) March 3, 2015
The sad truth is most #SAP HCM are NOT using HR Renewal or Fiori as have been slow to adopt. Not SAP's fault though #HR2015
— Jarret Pazahanick (@SAP_Jarret) March 3, 2015
HR Renewal, ¿sí o no?
Wow. Just called out HR Renewal as a better UI on a too-complex environment (SAP HR). Kind of a slam on that initiative.

Modo ironía ON…
A CUSTOMER testimonial!!! Woo hoo!!! #HR2015
— Brandon Toombs (@brandontoombs) March 3, 2015

Great customer testimonial and illustrates @mikeettling's point about a JOURNEY to the cloud, not just about the end state. #HR2015
— Brandon Toombs (@brandontoombs) March 3, 2015
Would love to see a testimonial next year for a long-time SAP HR client moving to the cloud. THAT would be compelling in this room #HR2015

La elección del partner adecuado…

Toda la funcionalidad en una sola imagen…

Toca vivir «tiempos híbridos»..
Illustration of the journey that SAP is on going to cloud. Great message for a room of SAP HCM customers #HR2015 pic.twitter.com/r5CsupWzQ5

No todo es «la nube»…
You can get a great UX , cloud or on premise #HR2015

Este año toca Employee Central…
Clear that SAP feels this year that employee central is ready for consideration by their huge install base more so than prior years. #HR2015
— Brandon Toombs (@brandontoombs) March 3, 2015
Queda trabajo por hacer…
600 employee central installs 14k SAP HCM installs. Daunting task to move them over.
— Brandon Toombs (@brandontoombs) March 3, 2015
Si ya lo decía yo…
EC payroll time sheet is currently for lightweight hour tracking only. Not intended currently as replacement for cats yet. #HR2015
— Brandon Toombs (@brandontoombs) March 3, 2015
Continuará… 😉
